Investment professionals do not upload a CIM or an IC memo lightly. These are the controls that apply to anything you send Volaxi.
Controls
Private storage
Uploaded documents are held in private, access-controlled storage. Files are never publicly addressable and are not served from a public URL.
Access limited to your account
Only the account that submitted a case, and the Volaxi reviewer working on it, can read that case's documents. Access is enforced at the database and storage layer, not only in the interface.
No redistribution
Client materials are used solely to underwrite the submitted thesis. They are not shared with third parties, resold, or used as public examples.
Deletion on request
You can request deletion of your uploaded materials at any time by writing to pranay@thevolaxi.com from the account email.
Transport security
All traffic to the site and to document storage is encrypted in transit.
Mutual NDA
A mutual non-disclosure agreement can be executed before any materials are shared.
Request one at pranay@thevolaxi.com and it will be sent before the qualification call.
